Consultations are intended for self-empowerment and personal awareness, and do not constitute certified medical, psychiatric, or legal advice.
2. Booking Appointments & Rescheduling
Sessions are confirmed upon receipt of advance consultation fees. If you need to reschedule your confirmed appointment, please notify us at least 6 hours prior to your scheduled slot. Rescheduling is accommodated up to 2 times without additional fee.
3. Course Enrollment & Intellectual Property
Enrollment grants single-user, non-transferable lifetime access to course video modules, downloadable worksheets, and certificates. All course curriculum, video lessons, and occult study materials are copyrighted by Shivvani Jhaa. Unauthorized distribution or public resale is strictly prohibited.
4. Physical Product Orders & 7-Day Return Policy
All healing crystals and sacred tools are handpicked, certified, and energetically charged before dispatch. We offer a 7-day replacement guarantee in the event of transit damage. To initiate a return or replacement, contact support@shivvanijhaa.com with order photos.
